Louise's calm confident manner facilitates an easy atmosphere of trust between the sitter and the listener.  Her clear and perceptive questions seemed to enable me to let go of something I had not realised I had held onto for some 30 odd years.  She brings a sense of empathy and understanding to her work, and I wish her every success. I was very interested in what NLP was all about so asked Louise to add on a session to my hair appointment. I didn’t really have any expectations at this time.
